Did you know that you should not walk on ... !!
Did you know that you should not walk on your leg or lean on your hand when it is bored, and it may break without you knowing?
In the midst of our daily life, at night or during the day, we may feel a sense of "numbness" in our limbs, which is an unpleasant feeling of heaviness, pain and soreness. The fingers of the right hand are one of the areas that are most exposed to this condition, what are its causes, and what should we pay attention to when feeling it?
What is numbness?
This condition expresses the presence of some defect in the body, and it may occur in any area of it, especially in the hands or legs, and it is a feeling of heaviness in the affected site, accompanied by a feeling of tingling, burning and pain, which makes the person unable to move his limb.
It is of two types, and they are classified according to the period of time during which the numbness lasts, so it is temporary and does not last for more than a few minutes, or chronic, indicating health problems we suffer from, such as high blood sugar.
Numbness in the fingers of the right hand
The right hand is often the tool that we use to perform most of our daily activities, and therefore most stress and fatigue fall on it, so it is normal for you to suffer from the problem of numbness due to stress. Usually the sensation is like a slight tingling in the fingertips, it may be in the form of intermittent fits, or it may reach a level that affects the person's ability to carry things or perform his daily tasks
The causes of numbness are multiple
A person suffers from numbness as a result of exposure to pressure, damage or inflammation in the nerves of the hand, as a result of several factors, including those associated with arterial problems, such as arterial damage caused by diabetes (known that this problem begins in the legs but extends to the hands), or carpal tunnel syndrome that leads to entrapment And disrupted the nerve that supplies the hand with sensation, "Raynaud's" disease, which negatively affects the blood circulation and causes contractions in the arteries of the hands. Also, numbness occurs in the fingers of the hand due to the exposure of the nerves that extend along the triggers or exit from the neck.
Also, the cause of numbness may be exposure to severe cold for long periods of time or sitting in the wrong positions.
