Do you know who is Shoaib, peace be upon him
The prophet that many of us know little about ...
Who is Shoaib, peace be upon him? And where was his call? What are the crimes committed by his people? And how he called them #shoaib? What is the story of the strange torment ?!
Shoaib, peace be upon him:
The accounts differed in his lineage, but it is more likely according to most of the commentators that it is: Shuaib bin Median bin Midian, from the lineage of Ibrahim, peace be upon him, was an Arab. He grew up in the country of Median, on the borders of the Levant, near the city of Ma'an, near the Dead Sea, at a close distance from the city of Qom Lot
God sent him to his people after they disbelieved in their Lord and committed the most heinous crimes
Crimes of a debtor nation:
People owe those criminals who were not considered those who preceded them, but who followed the same path the path of disbelief and delusion, persisted in their criminality and committed heinous crimes, and one of their greatest crimes
Polytheism with God: This is the most heinous crime in the history of mankind. People used to worship a tree called the grove and they sanctified it and blessed it.
Banditry: In addition to their disbelief, people of indebtedness were bandits who would go out on convoys and steal goods from them.
Imposing exorbitant taxes: the first to invent customs, but unjustly, it was a people who were in debt, and they imposed a lot of money on those who pass through their countries.
Fraud and theft: They used to cheat with weight, did not pay the standard, and did not give people their rights
In the face of all these crimes, foremost among which is disbelief and polytheism with God, God sent them Shoaib a Prophet
The call of Shuaib, peace be upon him:
Shuaib began to invite his people to worship the one God on Sunday, abandon polytheism, not cut off the road, and not cheat in measure and balance, but they deafened their ears and insisted on their disbelief, and they mocked Shuaib and mocked him and he did not despair. Eloquently call them
But they were like stones, even more cruel, and immorality reached them. They threatened Shuaib with death and stoning, and they pressured him and accused him of witchcraft, but more than that they used to mock him, so they sat for hours listening to him and after he finished laughing and saying # Yashib we did not understand anything She says, `` I return again and shuaib does not get bored to repeat them again and again for fear of torment while they mock him, but overlook the matter to mock the torment itself, and they used to tell him while laughing, drop us an eclipse from heaven if you are honest ...
The Wonderful Punishment:
After Shuaib did everything in his power to call them to God and used all means of calling with them, they did not believe in him and increased their disbelief and foolishness, so Shuaib despaired of them and called upon them
`` Our Lord, open between us and our people with truth, and you are the best of the conquerors. ''
Ie separate us from them
Here, God’s revenge against criminals began, and the strange torment began
The first type of torment:
God stopped the air completely from them The air stopped in the air for a whole week, so they went out to the mountains and hills looking for any air to breathe
The second type of torment:
May God set them on their faces, the sun never sets until it almost burns them
The third type of torment:
When every debtor went out looking for any air to breathe, they found a cloud from afar, and they all rushed to it to shelter in it. Perhaps it was carrying air for them. As soon as they reached under the cloud and stood until the shiver hit them, a terrible earthquake fell on their knees
The fourth type of torment:
After they fell on their knees after shivering, the scales they requested fell upon them, destructive and piercing thunderbolts descended on them.
The fifth type of torment:
The shouting when the thunderbolts descended upon them, Gabriel, peace be upon him, shouted a loud cry that blew their ears, hearts and heads until they became dormant and wiped out a debtor on the ground for their disbelief in their Lord and their denial of their Prophet
“So the torment of the day of the shade took them, because there was the torment of a great day.”
`` Likewise, your Lord took if he took villages when they were unjust, if he took him with extreme pain. ''
